Information You Provide

When you join our email list, we collect the email address you submit and information needed to manage your subscription. If you contact a store by phone or through a third-party service, the information you share is subject to that method of communication.

How We Use Information

We use newsletter signup information to manage subscriptions and communicate DJ’s Smoke Shop news and updates to subscribers. We use WordPress and a newsletter management plugin to operate the website and store subscription records.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to subscribe. You can ask about access to or removal of your subscription information by calling one of our stores. Marketing emails, when sent, should include instructions for opting out.

Third-Party Services

Links to Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram open outside services with their own privacy practices. The website may process basic technical data needed to operate, maintain security, and deliver its pages.

Age-Restricted Audience

DJ’s Smoke Shop serves adults aged 21 and older. Do not submit newsletter information unless you are at least 21 years old.
